The process
Submit application
The student or guardian fills the form on the app or website.
Document check
A coordinator verifies marksheet, income certificate and other papers.
Committee review
The executive committee considers the application.
Approval
The amount is fixed after the President approves.
Payment
The Treasurer pays — approval and payment are done by different people.
Certificate
The student receives a QR-verified scholarship certificate.
Two separate hands, by design
The person who approves a scholarship cannot be the one who pays it. This rule is built into the system itself — nobody can bypass it even if they wanted to. It is the most basic safeguard against misuse of funds.
