Refund Policy

When we refund

• The amount was charged twice due to a technical fault
• A wrong amount was entered by mistake and you inform us within 7 days
• The payment showed as successful but did not reach the society’s account

How to request

Call the number on the Contact page with your receipt number and payment reference ready. The society reviews and responds within 7 working days. If approved, the amount is returned by the same route it came, usually within 7–10 working days.

What is not refunded

If the donation has already been spent on a student’s fees, books or materials, a refund is not possible — that money is no longer with the society but in a child’s education. In such cases the society will show you a full account of the spending.
